AnyLink mouseover is moving image in IE

At top of page are three main navs using anylinkcssmenu. Works fine in FF and Chrome, problem is in IE8: Mouseover is causing image to push down, and I can't find why. This might be in the js file parameters??? ANY assistance is greatly appreciated!
