Dynamic Ajax Content Not working

I have made use of this given free code in building a web page and it is working fine on Firefox but when I open the webpage using Chrome or IE, the links doesn't load the content. The screen remains blank and nothing happens. I used the script as it is and didn't make any change in the script part.

Ih those browsers the script must be live on the internet.
