Jim's DHTML Menu V5.7

Hello,

Trying out this script and have everything working great until I try it online,
I am new at this but considering that it is working I can only assume that it is this

//---- Set this variable only! ----
var buildDir = "includes/";
//------------------------------

such as
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/includes/browser.js or
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/name.html with name being the page

Should this be set to map to the browser.js, I have tried this and have had no luck. I just can't get the menu to appear. Any help would be appreciated.
