Having Trouble Making Slide Down Menus work for Separate Queries

3) Describe problem:
The jqueryslidemenu.css and js are being used for the desktop.css query of my website, and it works. However, jqueryslidemenu2.css and js, being used for the phone.css query of my website, does not work. A drop down menu is supposed to slide down from underneath the menu buttons when clicking the primary button or hovering your mouse pointer over it. The arrows are not showing up on the buttons for the phone.css and will not extend the drop down menu, would anybody here be able to explain how to fix this?

What's contained inside phone.css, and I assume it's CSS targeted towards mobile devices? Please post both a link to the DD script in question, plus the problematic page on your site.
