Make Top Omni Slide menu Stay Out Permanently

Hi

i want to make a the Top Omni Slide menu Stay Out Permanently. Ive fiddled around with the script but cant find the exact spot to get it to stay out from the start of page loading. Im trying to create a site based upon this http://www.650nk.com.au/ page .

Any help much appreciated.

If you want the menu to stay out permanently, you don't really need a script at all. Just make a table with links in it and position it either fixed or absolute at the top of the page.
