Need help with Slanted Divider Menu

I used the slanted divider menu with the arrows sideway and downward.

When you in Firefox it show one down arrows on topbar. But when you get onto IE it shows 2 down arrows on the side with the ones that have submenus.

Please help me too!!!

Checking to see if anything can resolved my double quoted issue in Internet Explorer with the above Slanted Divider Menu scripts. I have attahed below two different images the one arrow is Firefox output and two arrows is Internet Explorer output.
