I use this format ( as described in the script ) to link into the content of 'my frame':
<a href="javascript:loadintoIframe('shop', 'http://www.hho-tec.de/com/shop/category.php?id_category=2')">link</a>

This is on the same page, but parent frame. A navigation. ( http://www.hho-tec.de/index.php/ecartron-hho-systeme )

But now I want to also link from the front page ( and potentially other places ) into the content of 'my frame'! The link must load the parent frame first plus the iframe. How must the link look like?
