Document Frame Script Help

Hi, i had used the code for this script, right below the body tag, and it didn't work and i don't understand why. Thing is, when i paste the code and go to preview it, it comes out like this: style="border:25px outset pink"
and that's what i see, the text, not the border. Please let me know what i'm doing wrong and thanks.
