Menu Background Color disappeared behind page (z-index problem?)

Hi,

The menu at the top of this page should have a blue background animation appear on mouseover. But what is happening is the blue background is "appearing" behind the white main page, instead of in front. Z-index problem?

I've solved my problem. It was a z-index problem in an UL tag. Thanks anyway.
