In the above example, when someone clicks on this link in the menu tree I need it to open the link in a different frame. Where in this line would I put the code to make it do so, and what exactly would that code be.

I spent 30 minutes looking for the answer in other posts and I was not able to do so. Thank you in advance to anyone who would take a few moments to help me.
