ddsmoothmenu Drop downs do not appear

3) Describe problem:
I am using this script on my website. When you hover over a link in hte menu bar (the black menu bar in the middle), the sub menus do not appear. How can I fix this?

UPDATE I can get the menus to appear using this code:
.dropdown ul li:hover ul{visibility:visible; display:block;}.

However, they pop straight away instead of being smooth menus.
