Google search results - show categories ?

Does anyone know how to get google to show your product categories on their results page ?

Eg. if I were a shoe shop that sold different types of shoes, how do you get google search results to show

website name

trainers
text about trainers

flat shoes
text about flat shoes

stilettos
text about stilleto's

Is it just changing the id part of the html tag? eg.
<h1 id="google category"> ?

I've been trying to figure out the same thing. Any Google products experts out there that can answer this?
