tooltip script problem

Obviously this script applied the KISS rule.
Keep it simple, stupid.

Using your supplied script as posted on the page, including the divisions you suggest using, I run into a minor problem.

When you mouse over the anchored area, the tooltip shows the content for all three "stickies".
As you'll see here.

So what am I missing?

Hmm at a glance the only issue I see is the duplicate references to the script/ jQuery on your page. Remove the first instance of the code block below from your page:
