TimThumb not working on my WP site

Hi,

I am currently building my website, that is located here, http://personalphoto.tk
Now, I have a problem, and I don't know how to fix it. I have a free webhosting account from 000webhost. And on my domain, I can't make the timthumb.php script to work. The posts should have a featured image which is taken by the PHP and placed in the homepage. However, I only get a 400 Bad request response: http://personalphoto.comuf.com/wp-content/themes/urbanhip/includes/timthumb.php?src=wp-content/uploads/2012/01/test1.jpg&h=165&w=514&zc=1
I am not great with PHP/Server, however the PHP has the image library enabled, and the same script on another, premium site works. Could you tell me what's wrong?

Even I have a problem with timthumb on my website : http://latestpricelistindia.in/. Thumbnails are not displaying on my website. I have tried setting permissions to 777 as well as 755 and also upgraded to latest timthumb. But still problem, Pls help me !!!!!!!
