Help needed implementing "jQuery Treeview Plugin"

3) Describe problem: I am new to web programming and need help on how to incorporate the plugin into my web page. I would like to use the "Server component used" version. If I understand it, it will allow me to dynamically generate menus "on the fly".

Once I get it working I will need to work out which item was clicked.
