Need some explanition on Website Template(Fully Explained)(Already Sliced)

So i have sliced and created a template.


So after creating my template and slicing it up i saved as .html for html and images on Photoshop , after having created the template how do i set up and to be implemented on my website and get the content in there as described?

Or in another way of asking after implementing the template how would I be able to code so that I can have it set up for me to code it as described?
