need help on the codes

Hi.. Im pretty new to html, css, or java... so im not sure which category it goes to... anyway, I want to ask if anybody know the codes to make pictures go slide from left to right or vice-versa on a never ending loop on a specific area of a site. Like, lets say you will see pictures in the left column of a site just sliding, and it doesn't involve clicking.

Like the same as the words sliding along in the left column, but instead, pics. K, thx.
