[Finger Tips]

I am not sure why, but I pasted both sections of the script into the head as instructed and the DIV into the body and nothing occurs. Please help. I am using frontpage 2003. I inserted the script into a blank page.

It could be a problem with FP altering your code after it has been pasted, this is a known problem that sometimes happens with FP. Also, I'd bet this star script is probably so old that it cannot function if your 'blank' page has a DOCTYPE declaration at the top. Any self respecting 'blank' page does, these days.
