Shoutbox?

I got a problem. I want to create a shoutbox for my webpage and I don't know how to do it. Nothing fancy - just your basic shoutbox - really simple. Can anyone help me

i know if you go to google and do a search there's all kinda of people offering free shout boxes

yeah - tried that - all the so called free shoutboxes come with a load of commercial texts along the lines of "Shoutbox powered by ****o.xxx.com etc, etc" and I don't like that at all. I want something without the stupid texts U C. but thanks for the suggestion anyway
