All Levels Menu Trouble

3) Describe problem:

I upgraded the .js file yesterday and now my submenus are appearing over the top of my dropdown menu and the size of the dropdown menu gets bigger when mousing over the submenu link. If I switch back to the previous version of the .js file, things work fine. Depending on the menu, I cannot even get to the submenu links to click them. I did the upgrade so things would work on iPads/iPhones.

I see that my previous version of the .js file was 2.1. Am I missing some other updates somewhere? Perhaps I have some css issues now, though I'd like to have to do a wholesale change of these to avoid redoing all the colors, etc.

I should add that htis problem is appearing in FF 10.0.2 and IE 8. Things seem to behave as normal in Safari 5.1.2, however, it does not behave properly on the iPad Safari, thought i thought it did yesterday when I tested it after the upgrade.
