Default All levels subMenus scroll with page in a fixed header div

    1) Script Title:
    All Levels Navigational Menu

    2) Script URL (on DD):
    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...menu/index.htm

    3) Describe problem:
First I'm a complete newbie, so I apologise if this seems silly.

I wanted to redo my site, and All Levels Menus seems perfect; it was a charm to implement. As part of my redesign, I wanted to have fixed masthead area, so the menu is attatched to a fixed div area. This works great on mouse driven browsers, but gets really "interesting" on an iPad.

The subMenus displayed when the menu is selected, but if it is displayed and the page is scrolled, the submenu scrolls with the text, while the mani menubar remains fixed.

You can see the effect here:

Note that I'm still playing with the page design, so this is the only section of the site using All Levels menu (a long way of saying that if you click on any menu you'll go to the original format)

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Try the below modified .js file, which should now work even when the main menu bar itself is inside a fixed container. The only sacrifice made here is that the "overlay shim" feature found in the default version is disabled (which is only relevant if your sub menus overlap Flash objects).

Note that the modified .js file is based on the latest v3.02 file (just released about an hour ago), which includes a few bugs of its own.

Thanks. I tried it on my iPad, but it still has the same problem.
