3) Describe problem:
First of all Hello from a Newcomer !

Problem is, that whenever I click the "Skip" Button a new (blank)
page opens, the adressbar reads javascript:splashpage.closeit()
and (of course) there is an empty page.
Leaving the timer option on everything goes smooth

I would like to have a splash/warning page everytime the page
is loaded and that the user has to decide, whether to go on or to
go back.
