I need some form help please

Here is the situation.
I need to create a drop down that when you select a certain category it will auto select some names on another list so you can visually see who you are submitting to, while being able to select or deselect people as you wish.

Is there a java script that I can just grab and edit to do this?

Chained Selects should do what you're asking.
