The default demo works fine for me in IE7, though on your page, it doesn't appear. Since there are quite a few other scripts on that page, it's hard to say which script is responsible for throwing IE7 for a loop. Try creating a fresh page with just the expandable sticky bar script on it to verify whether it works for you or not in IE7.
