What are you trying to do, exactly? Have you tried google?
Your question is sort of like "How do I create a website?", just with the extra information of using webcams. There are many options and some should be easily available if you search for that on google. Depending on exactly what you need, you might need to pay for it, or there will be some (perhaps limited) free options as well.

i need simple sample of flash for used in my site that member can login and see my confrense
i need only sample that show my webcam online

There are three parts to this:
1) You need a webcam and some way to transmit that information.
2) You need a server that will stream that content to others.
3) You need some way for people to view that information-- this is where Flash is relevant.


It's a more complicated question than you imagine. Again, I suggest a simple Google search to start.


There will be many solutions for (3) because that's the easy part (what you're asking about here). Do you already have a way to stream the webcam? That's the difficult and potentially expensive part.


One option would be something like Flash Media Server, but that's very expensive; a better (cheaper) option is to use a service that does all of this for you-- some might be free (and limited or with ads), and others will be more expensive with more features.
