    If you look at your code, theis section is out side the php tags

    PHP Code:
    <!-- include your own success html here -->

    header("Location: $thankyou_page");

    when it should be before the ?> which ends a php section.

    Your code should look like this

    PHP Code:
    <?php
    if(isset($_POST['email'])) {

    // EDIT THE 2 LINES BELOW AS REQUIRED
    $email_to "houseofbikes@telkomsa.net";
    $email_subject "Product Request";

    $error_page "error_message.html";
    $thankyou_page "thank_you.html";

    function
    died($error) {

    echo "We are very sorry, but there were error(s) found with the form you submitted. ";

    "These errors appear below.<br /><br />";

    $error."<br /><br />";
    echo
    "Please go back and fix these errors.<br /><br />";
    die();

    <!-- include
    your own success html here -->

    header("Location: $thankyou_page");
    }
    }
    ?>

    Also please post any php code between php tags (The button which has a page with php written across it)
