I need some serious help

I'm trying to develop a web page for a client and they want a navigation menu that keeps the current selection highlighted after they select it.

Can anyone help with this? Can one of the existing menus in DD's file section do this and I can't find it? I've looked just about everywhere and I found a flash menu that could do it once...but I don't know where that came from now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there is someone out there who can write the menu I would gladly pay for your services.
