How do get remove "personal antivirus" spyware from my computer?

I have the mcafee security program. I'm running a spyware scan on my computer with it right now but it takes FOREVER. Will mcafee detect this "Personal antivirus" program as spyware and remove it from my computer? I heard this particular spyware program is highy sophisticated and some spyeware removal programs will not detect it as spyware. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it without spending any money?

or other places online to see if anyone else has come up with a solution that works. Google "Personal antivirus removal" to see if you can locate a solution.

PS. You also might try using System Restore, to go back to a date before you loaded this on your machine. Sometimes that works. You just have to keep at it.
