Hey! I need help with something. I am creating a vritual world like Neopets out of pure HTML, JavaScript, And CSS.
But, I want to be able to see other avatars in the room. (there are going to be a whole bunch of rooms)

I don't care if I have to use PHP or some sort of other coding, but please, please, no Flash. You see that when you click a rock moves there. Thank you to vwphillips for that script.
I just want to able to see someone on another computer in that room. Sort of like fantage.com but no Flash.

If you don't want to use a serverside language like PHP, then that will be one of your only options. Technically that uses serverside Javascript, though.

More generally you need basically the same configuration as a chat script, with information about locations instead of messages. That's a good place to start researching.

As for your request, you're asking a lot for free. What you're doing isn't easy, and honestly I'd suggest that if you don't know how to start with this, you shouldn't approach it blindly. This isn't an introductory project.

It works perfect for what I need but I want it to work. I don't know how to install it on my website.

Well I have found APE project ^^
But I don't know how to install it on my site and have it work with my images.
Can someone please help with that?
