Menu Disappearing Behind Page Text

3) Describe problem: You can hover over the menu and see the options, but it disappears behind the text on the page so I'm unable to click on it. See http://www.firststreetcuisine.com/concierge.php for an example.

The weird part is it works on some pages on my site (it used to work on all). For instance it works on http://www.firststreetcuisine.com/lunchbox.php.

I still haven't found any issues and I really need help.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm willing to pay if necessary. Thank you!
