Neew help with my blogger template

Normally I would try to ask blogger support but anyone who has used them know that it is too much a pain in the arse trying to get competant help. I was hoping that someone here could and would help me.

I have been messing with some free templates and merging them, I have got most of it done....infact on my computer it looks good, but when I view it on a larger screen, the page elements are messed up. Is there a way to fix them in place? Is there anything I can do to make it look correct in all size screens?

Hi lady,I use a 23" widescreen led monitor( a new xmas gift) and it looks good on it using firefox 9.0.1
