Snow Script

3) Describe problem: When I try to post this script onto my blogger I get the following error message:
Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.

I pasted the ecode immediately after</head>,because I saw it working on another page pasted this way.

I did use a different snowflake image than what is on the Dynamic Drive page.
