Suckerfish 3 layer menu help

I'm trying to learn how to do the 3 layer fly out menu by suckerfish. I've got it validated for html and css, but it still is not working. My menu is very large, but it's necessary for a site I'm doing.

I've read the comments after the initial posting and seem to have fixed the li termination issue. Could someone help me to see where I slipped up?
