Dhtml tabs not display in different browsers

Hello,

I thought at first that my dhtml tabs page was not displaying correctly on the macintosh but it actual is not displaying on browsers like Safari and Firefox, for right now it seems to only work on IE but I haven't yet tested it on netscape. The problem is that most people at my work who work on a mac use Safari or Firefox. I've attached a copy of my code and a 4 screen shots of how the tabs are suppose to look. Please let me know if there is a way to get these tabs to work on all the different browsers.
