Default help for newbie using fade-in slideshow

    1) Script Title: Ultimate Fade-in slideshow (v2.4)

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...nslideshow.htm

    3) Describe problem: Hi there.

I am using XSitePro as a software and want to use the slideshow on my site.

I build this testsite to see if I would get the job done:
    http://slideshow.teamolivier.com/

So far I entered the first part into the header and erased one "var mygallery" because I just need one slideshow and changed the size to 200x175px (size of the 4 pics I try to use).

I then entered the text from "Step 2" into the sourcecode in the frame the slideshow should appear.

Somehow, I don't know where to put the .js file, nor where to link to the 3 small graphics.

Could anyone help me out, plz?

    Thanks a lot, noppes

FTP them all into the root of your website with all of your other files for the site.

    Thanks, mlegg, that has helped.

Can you also tell me how to rid of the two "Tinypic" graphics? I see them in the source code but don't know which part to get rid of. Besides: are those pics of any use?

    Cheers, noppes

    Default figured it out

Ok, I figured out how to get rid of the next/previous buttons (that are no longer available anyway). I just removed the <div id="fadeshow2toggler" and everything was clear.

Thanks again mlegg, I appreciate your help.

    Cheers, noppes
