I cant get the <ul> bullets to go away. They dont appear in the script demos on the site, so I cant figure out why they are showing up on mine. thanks!

Inside anylinkmenu.css, try adding the code in red to your existing CSS:

.anylinkmenucols ul{
margin:0;
padding:4px;
list-style-type:none;
}

.anylinkmenucols li{
padding-bottom: 0px;
}
