Cross Browser marquee II problem

Upon placing this script into my html coding it works fine in Chrome, but when I try viewing it in Internet Explorer, the box is centered and in the correct place but the scrolling text is way off to the right.

Anyone any ideas please ?

Got it sorted myself...put it into its own table.
