It will be very difficult to recreate that exactly, but you can load a portion of a page without reloading the whole page by using Ajax (a method of using Javascript). There are lots of options for that.
If you have a specific question (about one part of the design), please ask that (and include some details). If not, maybe you should post in the paid work requests section if you want someone to do all of that for you.
