3) Describe problem: I put the script in my web page and it run just fine. The question is where the comment is? When i put all the information and the comment and submit all that, i don't get where is the place where the comment show up. It should show up somewhere, right?

Is there a part of the code that i should change so comment show up where i want?

I think you are misunderstanding what the script does: it changes a single, long form into a multi-step form. It does not process the form submission in any way. You'll need to use a server-side language (e.g., PHP) to receive the form submission and process it.
