3) Describe problem: Wonderful script! It gives me just what i need to overcome pop-up windows appearing in tabs in IE8. Now the bad news. If the modal window i'm opening has an alert (or 'confirm') in the onLoad/onResize within the BODY tag, this alert is 'alerted' again if the 'X' button is clicked in the top-right of the modal window. I've tried making the alert conditional on a boolean like variable but it makes no difference, it still gets displayed when clicking the 'X'. Is there any way to stop this?
