Speech Bubble Tooltip - DW Hotspots

3) Describe problem: I am trying to implement this on a convention floor plan schematic with hotspots in Dreamweaver CS5. I created a blank class of addspeech to the DIV MAP. I try a bunch of things but cannot get it to work. The bubbles text will basically be the company name and their respective URL and I also need to actually hyperlink the URL.

Ok, somehow I figured out how to get the balloon to popup but it does not come close to my hotspot coordinates... Here is my modified code on the text file...
