Default dhtml tabs not displaying correctly on macintosh

    Hello,

I created a dhtml tabs for my companies intranet site from the tabs dhtml code on this site. The tabs look great on all the PC except the Mac's where the data is all displayed incorrectly. The data does not seem to be contained in the <div>'s where they should be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Dustn

This forum generally doesn't support Macs. No fault of yours, you didn't know. It's just that few if any of the folks who know what they are doing here and are willing to share their knowledge, have a Mac or if they do, don't go in for coding or testing on them much. From merely observing the troubles others have had with these computers and javascript not written for them, I have seen that the worst problems arise on Macs running the outdated IE5.x Mac browsers. Information on coping with its peculiarities can be found at:

Quirks Mode's Explorer 5 Mac Page

I would also encourage you to find help in a forum more focused on the Mac computers, their browsers and OS's, as well as scripting for them.

Sorry I cannot be of more help. When you find a good resource and/or forum on Macs, please let us (me) know.
