    the only IDE worth a lick in PHP is eclipse. Dreamweaver is for nubs, and .NET will add years to your dev cycle.

    Stick to notepad++ and/or Eclipse and learn the language

    I just found a nice RAD tool that generates PHP code automatically, im verry pleased, if you have time, take a look, scriptcase is his name.
