Slick Custom Scrollbar script - over scroll
1) Script Title: Slick Custom Scrollbar script
2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex11/scrollc.htm
3) Describe problem: On the demo page in Firefox 7, IE 8 & 9, Opera 11.x, dragging the custom scrollbar with the mouse, one can over scroll to the top or bottom, left or right leaving an empty viewing area. Some constraint on this behavior seems warranted.

This is actually intentional, to give the scrolling effect an "elastic" feel. I guess this is more of those cases where a feature can also be interpreted as an issue instead.

I think it would seem better if it only allowed half-width dragging beyond the edge. That way you never get an entirely blank area.

Vic - vwphillips solved this problem and I added support for the jQuery mousewheel plugin. See:

and the thread that it's in for details.
