Text and Image Crawler Bugs

I'm using the crawler script to "extend" my menu bar. The problem is that as
soon as the marquee cycles through from front to end it glitches out my code.
NOW i'm not looking for a fix for it to not glitch out but a means to stop the
marquee from cycling from chap1 to chap13 and vice versa.
