Switch Content Script Not Working

3) Describe problem: I have followed the directions to the letter but instead of producing the expand/contract effect all I see is the question and the answer directly on the page. I'm confused as to why the script references css id's and classes but there are no mention of any css files for the script itself. Since I am working on an internal-only facing project I cannot provide a link to the results but what imagine going to the script page, expanding one of the questions under Demo 1, and leaving it like that, unable to contract or expand at all. Please advise.
