I got some great help here on another issue and now I'm stumped on getting the tabs to work in IE8. Does anyone know what the solution could be? Here's an example:

Also, a smaller issue is that the text on each tab sits too high on FF/Mac but is fine everywhere else. How do I push it down for just FF/Mac?
