Do you know a program to track visitors?

Hi and thanks for your time.

Someone has hacked one of my sites and is stealing my band width. I would like to find a program that will track them somehow and give me any info about where they are. Ultimatly I wish to stop them too and my server teck ppl are a litttle slow to move on this..

If your server has been hacked, the best remedy is to hire a good system administrator to log into your server and do a thorough check. Unfortunately this isn't an automated process that any program can help you solve on its own. Now, if you're simply referrring to another server hotlinking to files (ie: images) on your site to use your bandwidth, you can usually stop them via methods like htaccess

If you need a few references for good sys admins, let me know, though their rates usually run around $70/hr.
