AnylinkCSSMenu - incomplete drop-down separators

3) Describe problem: Referencing http://rosegarden.mesacc.edu/home.html, using IE, why are the separators between drop-down items not all the way to the right of the drop-down box? They are all the way to the right with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. They used to be all the way to the right with IE until I upgraded to IE-9.

Oh, by the way, incomplete drop-down separators only occur when IE 9 is run in "compatibility" mode. Sure could use some help with this one.
