IE Error with Images showing??Makes no sense

Im truthfully boggled.

FireFox 1.5 +Good+


IE 6 -Bad-


Why would it do this?
I've cleared cache, cookies, history, everything.

Even a lot of images aren't displaying, on IE but they do on FF.
I renamed a few files and changed all the settings, thats all I did..

I view the source and hmm, it should work, the images are linked right.

Both those images throw up a 403 for me.
